SOME TIPS TO BE A SUCCESSFUL TEACHER.
There are many things to talk about education that it is difficult to me to know where to begin, according to my own experience as an English teacher in several schools and institutions of this city, I would talk about some characteristics that I have learnt a good teacher must have to be successful.
I consider the purpose as teachers is fundamentally the same as leaders, to provide purpose, direction and motivation while operating to accomplish the mission in this case to educate. As I mentioned before teachers must be leaders for their students; they need to find a way of motivating them, because they also play an important part in a student’s success.
I also consider important the motivation. When teachers are introducing any topic, they need to take some time to explain their students the purpose of the class, why students need to learn this topic? How will studying this topic benefit them? Without the why's the students are lost. A teacher must give the purpose or reason why teaching any topic to the class.
Teachers need to show which style to teach which students and how to be flexible. Teachers also need to have and develop some personal qualities that will make the students successful.
Nowadays teachers must be updated with the latest advances in education, they must take training about how to use the new technologies in the classrooms, because the majority of the students have access to some of these tools at home, that is why teachers can´t just get behind. Technology in education is an important tool, that I would say make our education job easier and also motivates the students in the classroom from learning.
Teachers must be resourceful. There are many kinds of situation that teachers commonly will find in the classroom, and they also need to learn how to deal with them. A common example of this could be the students´ style of learning, some students learn rapidly and progress while some others students need more time to learn something new, anyway Teachers must show some respect to their learning styles and be creative to find ways to help or lead each student to achieve their goals.
Well everyone has opinions about the best way a teacher would be successful while doing his/her job, and I know there are many other more things to talk about, when it comes about teaching, I don´t pretend to change that, but I´m planning on sharing my little knowledge with you or anyone who´s eager to learn more about education.

It's very interesting what you say we as future teachers must be motivated, be a guide to take our knowledge and transmit it to learners, education today is linked or technological means or the famous (tic) which are information technology communication, we must be very creative about giving a class to be flexible where they themselves can build their own knowledge and so we will succeed in our classes.

ResponderEliminarEach teacher has to have their own tools to the different strategies that allow them to creatively address the problems that are commonly found in the pedagogical practice, the teacher should be enthusiastic in its class, this means that the student is identified with the , and thus learning.
When we teach a subject, the teacher has to set its strategy and take decicion related to how to teach, you must have in its class with a lot of motivation so that students feel comfortable with the class.
This is how teachers should reflect on the most appropriate way for teaching, educational purposes, organization and selection of the item at a certain time.
In closing we as teachers must organize ourselves the time to teach, not be a mere knowledge we need to continue work and as time goes on be updated with new knowledge of education, remember that what you teach is very important for student life in the future.
