THE EXCELENT TEACHER FOR THE 21 CENTURY
The education is a fundamental process for the Deeping and consolidation of democratic spaces and social participation that they carry to the development of the environment of the educational institutions. It is a fundamental right that must be guaranteed ideally all the persons, of an effective and efficient way, achieving the formation of children, young men and competitive adult in the human thing, the scientific thing and the social thing, on the other part of the teacher and the accompaniment of the families. The state takes as a goal the strengthening of the school management; understood as the capacity that the educational institutions have to manage and use resources of the all the order in benefit of the local and regional development.Therefore, the educational performance must be coherent with the educational politics. Based on the pragmatic learning defined by JACK DELORS (2002), in the recent year the educational action of the teacher has been considered to be the force capable of unleashing all individual and collective potential that facilitates the fundamental learning, essential props to achieve major personal and social happiness. In consideration of the previous thing, the excellent teacher for the 21 century must bring together a series of characteristic around their personal development and their career education in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the educational goals for the generations that they have to educate.
