EDUCATION: THE MOST REWARDIND LABOR.
It is well known that the best way to preserve the culture of a society is to tend to create a system to guarantee that the knowledge, language and other aspects are going to be found in the generations to come. The greatest tool to achieve that goal is definitively the education; it is not proper to say that education is a simple way to pass literal knowledge from a generation to the next one; it is also the best way to prepare individuals to face their surrounding environments.
When we find a systematized education practice, we can infer that this specific social group has the clear intention of preparing its individuals to be useful “instruments” that work as one of the pieces to satisfy every need in the society. These needs are going to be covered eventually by those in the group that have the specific knowledge and special skills to solve them.
For us, teachers, whose lives are dedicated to develop systems to optimize the strategies to guarantee the preparation of the newcomers to this society that tends to be unified for all those influences everyone receives from the whole world due to media, the present composition must be a motivational message in order to remind us of how important this task is. Right upon us, lies the compromise to be parents, partners, confidents, brothers, tutors, teachers, learners, and so on… we must realize that even if it is not just our responsibility, we are the ones that have been called to direct the process of formation of those in need to develop skills and acquire knowledge with the aim of being useful for the social group as much as themselves.
The responsibility involved in the act of teaching is never-ending due to the fact that nothing ever stops in the world; we must be the supervisors to the learning processes of individuals living in a changing environment. That simple fact requires from us an attitude of constant change towards the ideal system to motivate them to reach the desired status with the society and with their inner selves.
We should be eternally happy for being those who carry the flag of the continuity of our kind!!

ResponderEliminarI think teaching is the best profession of the world, so not the best paid, I say this beacause is a biguest responsability as we are called to promover changes, to leave indelible footprints in the lives of aur children and joung, to help them build their lives, not just transfer information.
I totally agree wiht my colleague, we most prepared to always be the best, and I add that in moments of the frustration remember we are involved with HUMAN, and as such we are perfect.

ResponderEliminarHi, the only way to achieve to be a great person shaped with values and knowledges is through of integral education and i feel satisfied with my teacher's job because with this i help to shape the future of today's children. So is true that education is accompanied by pain as said Aristotle but if we display great effort and devotion toward our work and the student to study, our goal will be achieve.
